General return policy of Funke + Huster Fernsig GmbH
Returnable are only FHF labeled, original packed, resalable and from the supplier as returnable classified products - The return or exchange is only possible up to 6 month from date of invoice - Products with a value of less then €100,00 are not returnable - Returns can only be accepted with prior notice and awarding of a RGA-No. - On the part of the customer all necessary Information like order or invoice number have to be stated - Only products delivered by us can be returned - Returns have to be delivered free of charge - Customer invoices and charging for the returned products can not be accepted. After quality inspection and acceptance the customer will receive a credit note based on our general return policy - Custom made products are excluded for return For the return of products a minimum charge of 20% of the net merchandise value will be deducted - We reserve the right to deduct a higher value against verification - Invoiced freight and packing charges can not be reimbursed - With the issue of a credit note the products become property of FHF - In case we are not able to accept the returned products we will place the goods at the disposal of the customer for a maximum of 30 days.
